Cleavers Philadelphia is a family-owned, Center City cheesesteak shop near Rittenhouse Square, founded by a brother-and-sister duo with over 40 years of experience in cheesesteak manufacturing. Drawing from that legacy, Cleavers developed a custom ribeye steak recipe exclusive to the restaurant, proving the Philly cheesesteak is more than just “whiz wit.”

Opened in 2016, Cleavers offers a modern take on the classic cheesesteak using 100% USDA domestic ribeye, fresh chicken, quality ingredients, and fresh-baked rolls. Guests can enjoy gourmet cheesesteaks on a roll, wrap, or bowl, plus veggie options, sides, salads, and signature milkshakes made with Bassetts Ice Cream.
